Customer service personnel are trained to handle queries from different parts of the world and are expected to respond every query within a day. Our experienced customer service team will patiently work with you to clearly understand your requirements, make a note of them and respond you at first interaction for every standard requirement. For customized requirements, they will make a note of it, share with line manager to let him/her work on it and respond you with estimated time-frame required for your requirement(s).

Our customer service team will fondly manage all telephone, email, video conference and will quickly provide quotations and any product information you may require. They will also arrange product samples, management reporting and additional support through our team on your behalf.
